WHY INTUItive yoga?
Most people think of yoga as a way to stretch, or as a recovery day workout and a way to de-stress. That’s great! It’s also much more than that. Our bodies are our vehicle to experience consciousness. Whatever we experience - joy and peace, or stress, anxiety and fear - all show up when we practice. The session can be intense and vigorous or gentle and restorative, depending on what you need in the moment. What will always happen is that you move and release energy, and uncover what’s hidden or stuck. Each session is an opportunity to tune into yourself in a conscious way, and become physicially and mentally more in balance.
The session
I begin our practice by setting an intention, and sending you and the space around you healing energy. As we move and meditate together I receive intuitive messages about your body, your energy and your life. These messages allow me to adapt the session to your specific needs.
60 and 90 minute sessions are available in person in New York City or remotely via Zoom. Payments can be made via PayPal and Venmo. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time or the full amount will be charged.
